New Denver Marathon Information
Reach new heights without the climb! Lace up your running shoes and explore Mile High City- where urban sophistication meets outdoor adventure. The 2010 event starts and finishes in Civic Center Park, just steps away from the State Capitol. It winds through downtown Denver, passing many of Denver's major landmarks: the Public Library, the Denver Art Museum, Larimer Square, Pepsi Center, Union Station, and Coors Field. Then, it's green, green, green as the course tours through City Park, Cheesman Park, and Washington Park. Mile High City comes alive with runners and spectators, creating a community-wide celebration that culminates with a rockin' post race celebration at the Finish Line Festival in Civic Center Park.
